Make error messages from File Transfer jobs available to notifications

Current Situation

• Users find error message from file transfer jobs (YADE) being displayed with the File Transfer view.
• Such error messages are not available from the general History view and the Monitoring->Notifications view.
• In addition, file transfer error messages cannot be referenced in notifications that are sent by mail.

Desired Behavior

• Users would like to find error messages from file transfer jobs being available
  • from the History view
  • from the Monitor->Notifications view
  • from variables that can be used for notifications, for example with e-mail notification.
