Import should deny folder names with spaces

Current Behavior:

• The JS7 does not allow use of objects with spaces in objects names.
• A folder name with spaces can be imported, however, when creating an object (Workflow, File Order Source, etc.) in the folder, then it throws the following exception.

  java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Spaces are not allowed in 'folder': 'New Folder'
  

Desired Behavior:

• If an import archive includes folder names with spaces then the related web service should deny import.
