The third instruction inside a Fork-Join instruction is not added to the Workflow JSON file

Current Behavior:

When the user adds any instruction after adding two instructions in Fork Join, then the third instruction is not added to the workflow.json file.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Upload the attached workflow.json file.
• Add any instruction in between the second instruction and Join.
• The instruction will not be added to the workflow.json file.

Desired Behavior:

On adding any instruction after adding two instructions in Fork Join, then the third instruction should be added to the workflow.json file.
