It should be possible to define different color schemes for Primary and Backup JobScheduler

Current Situation

• With a passive cluster the profile is read with the instance_id of the running cluster member. With this approach it is possible to define different profiles for the Primary and the Backup Master instance.
• When switching to the Backup Master instance then all customizations that are defined in the Primary Master instance are lost.
• When using an active cluster then this approach does not work correctly. See JOC-138

Desired Behaviour

• Each theme has built-in support for use with Backup Master instances.
  • The title lines (the one with the JobScheduler logo and the line below) use different background colors when being used with a Backup Master than in case of use with a Primary Master.
• The support for Backup instances is activated
  • after switching to the backup cluster
  • after the login
  • when entering the dashboard view
• All existing themes are updated to support use with Backup Master instances.
