Workflows view - Show dependencies on using AddOrder instruction(Oracle, MS SQL Server)

Current Situation

• When the JOC Cockpit uses Oracle or MS SQL Server as the database and a workflow uses an AddOrder instruction, the "Show dependencies" icon in the Workflows view is enabled only for the workflow that includes the AddOrder instruction, and not for the receiving workflow.

Desired Behaviour

• The "Show dependencies" icon should be enabled on the both (workflow with the AddOrder instruction and receving) workflows.

Test Instructions

• Create and deploy 2 workflows.
• Add the AddOrder insruction to the first workflow and deploy this workflow.
• Check the Workflows view.
• Repeat the test with all supported databases.
