    XMLWordPrintable

Details

    Description

      Current Situation

      • If Subagent Clusters are configured in version 2.3.0 or 2.3.1 and then JOC Cockpit is updated to 2.3.2 or newer then only one subagent cluster is displayed in the "Manage Controllers/Agents" view.
      • This problem does not apply to release 2.4.0 and later.

      Desired Behavior

All Subagent Clusters should be displayed.

      Workaround

      • The database table INV_SUBAGENT_CLUSTERS has the new column "ORDERING" with default value 0.
        • Update the column "ORDERING" in a way that all rows use different values.
