/export API and /export/folder API should export all items even when using same name

Current Situation

When exporting different configuration objects with the same name with the ./export or the ./export/folder api some configuration objects are missing in the archive file.

Desired Behavior

When exporting different configuration objects using the same name all objects have to be present in the export archive.
