Upload of a calendar should adjust the calendar type

Current Situation

• When uploading a non-working day calendar to an existing working day calendar in the JOC Cockpit GUI then the change of calendar type is not reflected.
• The same problem occurs when uploading working day calendars to existing non-working day calendars.

Desired Behavior

• Upload of a calendar should adjust the calendar type.
