Drop unwanted warnings when managing Identity Services of the same type

Current Situation

• When a number of Identity Services are in place that make use of the same Identity Service Type then JOC Cockpit shows red triangle as a warning.
• This is an unwanted warning as any number of Identity Services of the same type can be used.
• The warning does not prevent users from storing Identity Services and it does not prevent a number of Identity Services of the same type to be used during login.

Desired Behavior

• Drop any warnings related to use of a number of Identity Services of the same type.
