Script joc_install_tables.sh should work for PostgreSQL

Current Situation

• The script joc_install_tables.sh is broken for use with the PostgreSQL DBMS.
• This does not affect the JOC Cockpit installer, however, it affects execution of the script if performed after installation of JOC Cockpit.

Desired Behavior

• Adjust the script to reflect the PostgreSQL DBMS.

Workaround

• Consider the fix for the script suggested by the post to the SourceForge forum js7 2 3.1 - joc_install_tables.sh
