Add failed logins to Audit Log

Current Situation

• The JOC Cockpit records successful login and logout operations in its audit.log file.
• No login/logout information is available with the Audit Log view.

Desired Behavior

• Failed logins should be added to the audit.log file.
  • This log file is frequently used to integrate with Intrusion Detection Systems, for example by adding a syslog appender to the Log4j configuration of the audit.log file.
• Failed logins are not added to the "Audit Log" view as this is handled by the "Failed Logins" view
