Older Workflow versions are displayed in the same folder as the current version

Current Situation

If a workflow is moved to another folder than older versions of this workflow then the versions are displayed in different folders.

This affects folder permissions and can lead to the problem that an Order of an older workflow version cannot be modified, e.g. cancelled.

In addition, users cannot see Order/Task History entries of older versions in the Workflows view.

Desired Behavior

Older versions of a Workflow should always be displayed in the same folder than the current version.
