Remove user profiles with the JS7 JOC Cockpit GUI

Current Situation

• User profiles are created on demand when a user account performs a first time login.
• User profiles are visible from each Identity Service in its Profile sub-view.

Desired Behavior

• The JS7 REST Web Service API should offer an operation to remove one or more user profiles, see JOC-1285.
• The JOC Cockpit GUI should offer
  • the action menu item with each Profile to permanently remove the user profile,
  • the bulk operation to select a number of Profiles for removal.
• Permissions to manage any user accounts are required to perform this operation
