Description
Current Situation
When no Controller is assigned then the list of accounts in the "Manage Identity Service" view is empty.
Desired Behavior
The list of accounts in the "Manage Identity Service" view should be visible, even if no Controller is assigned.
Workaround
Open the user account's Profile page and set the values for
- Max. number of entries per page
- Default number of entries per page
