Daily Plan - return of orders an individual submission is broken

Current Situation

• The ./joc/api/daily_plan/orders web service can be called to receive information about orders of an individual submission for a given day.
• This behavior is broken - the web service returns the orders of all submissions for the given day.

Test Instructions

• Generate Create Daily Plan multiple times for the same day and use the different schedule/workflows.
• Click Submission - (<time>) to show all orders generated by an individual submission.
• Select the Daily Plan day in calendar to show all generated orders of the given day.
