The Daily Plan for cyclic orders should not generate orders in the past

Current Situation

• Configure a schedule to use a period between 00:00:00 and e.g. 08:00:00
• Create the Daily Plan for today for the given schedule after the end of period (e.g. 08:00:00) is exceeded.
  • The Daily Plan will create an order for today at 00:00:00

Desired Behavior

• The Daily Plan should generate orders for future dates only:
  • For orders with a single start time no order is created if the start time is exceeded,
  • for orders with cyclic start times individual orders are create for the current time until the end of period.
