Make the next timeslot for job execution visible in case that Admission Times are in place

Current Situation

• Admission Times rule if and when a job is executed for a specific day. This includes to delay job execution to the next timeslot configured with Admission Times for the current day.
• This information is not visible with the GUI.

Desired Behavior

• If an order is in the IN PROGRESS state and waits for the next timeslot of a job then this information becomes visible with the GUI from a tooltip displayed with the order.
• Display of the next timeslot considers time zone settings of the workflow and of the current user profile.
• The REST API calculates the next timeslot and returns this information to the GUI.
