Adding an event with an expiration date should work

Current Situation

When adding an event in the JOC Cockpit Resources view with an expiration date/time then the error

java.lang.Exception: illegal date value: java.text.ParseException: Unparseable date:

is raised. The event will not be added.

Desired Behavior

In JOC Cockpit it should be possible to add an event that makes use of an expiration date.
