The cyclic start indicator with the Daily Plan should display correct values for a "repeat start-start" interval

Current Situation
When a "repeat start-start" interval is assigned the run-time of a job stream Starter then the GUI displays a "repeat end-start" start type with the Daily Plan view.

How to Reproduce

• Login to the JOC Cockpit
• Switch to the Job Streams tab
• Use an existing job stream
• Assign a run-time with "repeat start-start" interval
• Switch to the Daily Plan view and review the start type of the job stream

Desired Behavior
The start type in the Daily Plan view should be displayed correctly for a "repeat start-start" interval.
