Commands <params.get> and <param.get> do not work

Current Situation

The commands <param.get> and <params.get> are throwing an exception. The reason for this is that these commands can not be use in the <commands></commands> element.

Desired Behaviour

The commands <param.get> and <params.get> should work.

Please note the these commands have to be executed alone and that they can not be mixed with other commands in the same webservice call.
