Task History in Job Streams view should be numerically sorted by task ID

Current Situation

The entries in the task history of the Job Streams view are sorted by task ID. It is an alphanumeric descending sort, e.g. 98 appears before 101.

Desired Behavior

The entries in the task history of the Job Streams view are numerically sorted by task ID descending, e.g. 101 appears before 98.
