Job Chain list should be updated when the pagination is used in the Job Chains view

Current Situation

• The Job Chains view includes the pagination for the list of Job Chains. The pagination can be select from 1, 2, 3, etc but the list of the Job Chains is not updated.

Desired Behavior

• The pagination in the Job Chains view should change the Job Chains list when the page number is changed.
