Correct URL for log to ad hoc orders should be used

Current Situation

• The link to the order log of an ad hoc order does not work.
  • Ad hoc orders by default a created in the root directory and therefore are prepended with a slash.
  • The GUI does not remove the leading slash from an order id when generating the URL to the log.

Desired Behavior

• Links to the log of an ad hoc order should work
