Feature
- Users would like to manage Maintenance Windows in a JS7 cluster that require the following operations:
- Controller: switch-over to the Standby Controller Instance
- Agents: disable Subagents
- JOC Cockpit: switch-over to the Standby JOC Cockpit Instance
- Maintenance Windows include the basic operations to
- deactivate or shut down the JS7 components
- activate or start the JS7 components
- Maintenance Windows are scheduled for begin and end of maintenance. In addition they allow manual start and completion of the Maintenance Window.
- To this purpose a number of JITL Job Templates is provided that can be used in workflows.
- Users can design the workflows to start and to complete Maintenance Windows at their will. This includes to make use of JITL Job Templates to deactivate/shutdown JS7 components and it includes to add jobs for individual maintenance tasks.
- Users can add orders to schedule the begin and end of a Maintenance Window
