InventoryPlugin - Initial Configuration Process Should Not Stop If An Error Occurs

Current Situation
When the Initial-Configuration-Processing of the InventoryPlugin raises an Exception while processing the JobScheduler objects the Initial-Configuration-Processing stops. All new JobScheduler objects not processed until then are missing in the database tables and subsequently from JOC.

Desired Behavior
When the Initial-Configuration-Processing of the InventoryPlugin raises an Exception while processing the JobScheduler objects, the process should continue handling the rest of the JobScheduler objects leaving out only the erroneous JobScheduler object.

How To Reproduce

• Shutdown the JobScheduler
• Unpack the zip file to the live folder
• Start the JobScheduler again
