JobScheduler Inventory plugin does not create INVENTORY_AGENT_INSTANCES records

Current Situation

• Two agents are running on a single server.
• The database table INVENTORY_AGENT_INSTANCES only has an entry for one agent.
• On JOC Cockpit Resources Tab --> Agent Cluster one Agent has the correct Hostname but for the second agent the Hostname is empty. (please see the attached screenshot)

How to Reproduce

• Deploy attached example in the live folder Ticket#2018111610000022.zip, then check the JOC Cockpit and Database table INVENTORY_AGENT_INSTANCES

Desired Behavior

• The INVENTORY_AGENT_INSTANCES table should have entries for each installed agent.
• JOC Cockpit should show hostname for the all the agents.
