Unable to acquire JDBC Connection in Inventory Plugin

Current Situation

In different situation the Message Unable to acquire JDBC Connection can be seen in the scheduler.log. E.g.

• when setting the run time for an order using JOC,
• when a fail over occurs in a passive cluster.
• to be continued

Desired Behavior

Inventory plugin should be able to acquire a JDBC Connection

Impact

• when setting the run time for an order using JOC,
  • Daily plan will not be updated after changing the run time
• when a fail over occurs in a passive cluster.
  • Changes in the live folder are not reflected in the backup instance.
