Current Situation

When the configuration monitor com.sos.jitl.jobchainnodeparameter.monitor.JobchainNodeSubstituteMonitor is used in a standalone JITL job, the job does not start. Only the monitor is processed.

Current Situation

A standalone JITL job should start even when the configuration monitor is assigned.
