SOSConnectionFileProcessor should disconnect the database connection at the end

Current Situation

• SOSConnectionFileProcessor doesn't disconnect a database connection at the end.
• This java class is used in the script ./install/scheduler_install_tables.(sh|cmd) which is called during the JobScheduler setup to create database table etc. if necessary
• The database table are created and updated properly during the setup but for example in a MySQL server log you see a number of Aborted_clients.

Desired Behavior

SOSConnectionFileProcessor should disconnect the database connection at the end.
