Universal Agent Batch installation feature should substitute instance script per host

Current Situation

The Batch Installer for the universal Agent comes with a template for the instance script. There are no substitution done in the script. Therefore the template must be manually copied to a instance script for the given port, all values must be set manually and all hosts will get the same script

Desired Behaviour

It should be possible to define the values for the instance script in the installation definition file per host and also defining the default values. The given values should be substituted e.g. with $[SCHEDULER_HOME]
