When updating daily plan sometimes an StaleStateException is thrown

Current Situation

Sometimes when updating the daily plan a StaleStateException with the message Batch update returned unexpected row count from update [0]; actual row count: 0; expected: 1 is thrown.

Desired Behaviour

This exception is thrown, when the record that should be updated no longer exists. In this case the error should be ignored.
