Make YADE JITL jobs capable of processing file order parameter

Feature

• Standard jobs should be able to deal with file orders when used in a job chain which processes file orders.
  If the current order is a file order and no other input file parameters have been specified, the job should use the scheduler_file_path parameter for the input file. This corresponds to the YADE file_path parameter.

Input file parameters, that must be empty or undefined are

• file_path
• source_dir
• local_dir
• file_spec

• This applies to the following jobs:
  • JADE
  • JADE4DMZ
