CopyJob2OrderParameter sets order to next_state or logs errors if unsuccessfull

current situation

• CopyJob2OrderParameter runs without logging an error but sets the order to the error_state

desired behaviour

• if the job runs successfully, the order should be set to the next_state
• if the job has an error, an error message should be displayed
