JID Event View does not remove events when the events are created by different JobScheduler

Description
When creating an event with the SubmitEvent Job with the parameter scheduler_id and the EventService job is running on a supervisor, the event will be listet in the JID event view. When trying to delete the event, an order will be created for the EventService but the event still exists.

Desired behaviour
The selected event should be deleted, when clicking the delete button
