    Description

      Current Situation

      • In the JID a suspended order is also being shown as running, i.e. in green color, but some users wish to distinguish running and suspended orders by color.

      Desired Behavior

      • JID should show a different color for running and suspended orders.

      Maintainer Notes

      • This feature is not intended for immediate implementation but is considered a requirement for a future implementation of the JOC Cockpit.
      • Some of you might ask why we would prefer to develop a new JOC Cockpit instead of changing the color scheme in the existing JID.
        • At a first glance this looks pretty simple.
        • At a a second glance we have to consider that JID makes use of the JobScheduler database for historic information. It is not connected to the JobScheduler daemon to retrieve information on current events. Therefore it is not in scope of JID to identify a running order in an accurate manner.
      • We want to focus our resources on the new JOC Cockpit instead of spending days to provide this functionality in a JID that is intended to retire within the next 12 months.
