JID should show all Scheduler IDs in the filter select box

Due to performance considerations at the moment JID shows these scheduler ids that are found in the actual resultset also using the limit for the search. When there are more jobs in the resultset as the limit specifies then not all scheduler ids are shown in the filter selectbox for the scheduler id.

A workaround is to type the wanted scheduler id manually into the field.
