The title of a JobScheduler tab when using JOC in JID should not be lost

Current Situation

• If you use JOC in JID and you want to add a JobScheduler instance to the JOC tab then you can specify the host, port, URL of the JobScheduler instance and a title for the tab.
• After a restart of JID the title gets lost and the tab title is replaced with [host]:[port] instead.

Desired Behavior

• The specified title should be maintained after a JID restart.
